Royce was very responsive from the moment I reached out, and showed the flexibility we needed at times as well.  Our caregiver, Victor, instantly formed a bond and was a friend as well as a caregiver to my Uncle.  He even flexed his plans on a night that we needed support in the hospital until late into the evening, ensuring my Uncle was taken care of.
